Testing of Compressor Engines COMP02, COMP03, and COMP04

Mostardi Platt performed EPA Method 320 for nitrogen oxides(NOx), carbon monoxide(CO), and
volatile organic compounds(VOC) emissions testing of COMP02,COMP03, and COMP04. The tested
sources are three of four(4) four-stroke lean-burn natural gas-fired reciprocating internal combustion
engines COMPOI through COMP04, each powering a compressor and rated 4,735 horsepower. The
engines are controlled by respective catalytic oxidizers COMPO 1 C through COMP04C. The revised
testing waiver issued on February 14, 2022 exempts COMPOI from this round of testing. The emissions
test results demonstrate compliance with the applicable regulations.
40 CFR 63 Subpart ZZZZ National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Stationary
Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines, 40 CFR 60 Subpart JJJJ Standards of Performance for
Stationary Spark Ignition Internal Combustion Engines, and 15A NCAC 2D .1423 Large Internal
Combustion Engines apply. Compliance with 63 Subpart ZZZZ is met by complying with the limits of 60
Subpart JJJJ. Compliance may be indicated in units of either grams per horsepower-hour(g/HP-hr)or
parts per million corrected to 15%oxygen(ppmvd@15%O2). The emissions test results are shown in the
following tables.
