VE testing was also conducted at fugitive emission points M screen No. 2 (ID ES353713) and M screen No. 5 (ID ES3537H). The emissions test results demonstrate compliance with applicable standards. 40 CFR 60 Subpart 000 Standards of Performance for Nonmetallic Mineral Processing Plants applies, limiting PM to 0.032 grams per dry standard cubic meter(g/dscm) and VE to 7%opacity. The emissions test results are tabulated below. VE testing was conducted on September 27,2022,and PM testing was conducted on September 28, 2022.
