Particulate Matter and Visible Emissions Testing of Screen Baghouses CDB2 and CD134
Performed September 27 &28,2022,by Pace Analytical Services
DAQ Tracking No. 2022-251 ST
Pace Analytical Services performed EPA Method 5 for particulate matter(PM) and EPA Method 9 for
visible emissions(VE)testing at screen baghouse No. 1 (ID No. CDB2) and screen baghouse No. 2
(ID No. CDB4).Baghouses CD132 and CDB4 control emissions from multiple crushing and screening
operation sources listed in the facility permit. VE testing was also conducted at fugitive emission points
M screen No. 2 (ID ES353713) and M screen No. 5 (ID ES3537H). The emissions test results demonstrate
compliance with applicable standards.
40 CFR 60 Subpart 000 Standards of Performance for Nonmetallic Mineral Processing Plants applies,
limiting PM to 0.032 grams per dry standard cubic meter(g/dscm) and VE to 7%opacity. The emissions
test results are tabulated below. VE testing was conducted on September 27,2022,and PM testing was
conducted on September 28, 2022.
