RE: Permit#101261101 Annual Solid Fuel Usage,PM10,NOx and CO emissions
Dear Ms.Huddleston;
As required under Permit #10126RO1, under paragraph II.b., we are submitting the attached information
regarding the facilities annual usage for 2012 for woody biomass,cotton gin, soybean hulls and peanut hulls.
In addition,the attached identifies the PM10 emissions based on the emissions rate as documented during the
required stack testing procedure.
As shown, the facility consumed 35,597 tons of biomass material. At a tested volume of 0.008 lb/MMBtu,
the facility generated 1.25 tons of PM10 emissions. At a tested volume of 0.45 lb/MMBtu, the facility
generated 70.08 tons of CO emissions. At a volume of 0.295 lb/MMBtu,the facility generated 45.94 tons of
NOx emissions
Our data on the following page confirms that the facility's emissions were below the required threshold of
100 tons per year.
As required, the startups and shutdowns were conducted according to the manufacturer's recommended
procedures.
