While you have not identified any major violations or issues, you have identified that a Notice of
Compliance Status has not been filed with the NCDEQ as required. Please accept this Notice of Compliance
Status as required under Permit#10126RO1.
• This facility complied with the requirements in § 63.11214 to conduct an initial tune-up of the
boiler."
• No secondary materials that are solid waste were combusted in any affected unit.
