RE: Notice of Commencement of Operations
Dear Mr. Fisher,
Thank you again for your continued assistance in the process of securing a Construction and Operating
permit our Biomass Cogeneration Facility which is being constructed at 3539 Governors Rd., Lewiston,
NC.
Per the requirement for Air Permit No. 10126R01, Section A, Specific Conditions and Limitations,
Paragraph 6, 15 A NCAC 2D.0524 "New Source Performance Standards", NSPS Reporting
Requirements. This paragraph stipulates that permit holder is required to notify the Regional Supervisor,
DAQ, in writing, of the commencement date of operation(40 CFR 60.7).
Please accept this memorandum in meeting this requirement of notification that physical, on-site
operation commenced on January 17, 2012, on the biomass cogeneration facility at 3539 Governors Rd.,
Lewiston, NC.
