Inspection Observations
On August 3, 2011, I visited the site to confirm that it was still under construction. So far, the
concrete has been laid for the fuel bunker. There wasn't any other obvious large scale construction
in progress. No problems were observed. W.E. Partners expects to have the facility in operation by
the end of the year.
