Reason for Requesting Compliance Date Extension
Perdue Farms of Lewiston respectfully request this extension for the following reason.
.Due to the fact that the RICE NESHAP ruling has not been finalized management does not have the information
needed to make a determination to continue as permitted(Emergency/Peak Shaving)and spend capital on
modifications to meet RICE NESHAP emission limits or use the generators as Emergency only.
If this ruling were finalized this month, management may not have enough time to have the modifications
performed by the May 3,2013 compliance date.
Should you have any questions or need any additional information, please contact me at(252-348-4326)
