During this six month period there were no recorded exceedences or deviations of the sulfur content of the fuel burned at the Lewiston Complex in boilers: ES 4, 5 and ES 8, 9. the percentage limit is set at 2.1%. The fuel supplier information is kept on file and is available upon request. Reporting for ES 8 and ES9 is thru 10/21/2012. r SEMIANNUAL REPORT 15A NCAC 2D .0521 CONTROL OF VISIBLE EMISSIONS This report covers the time period of July 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012. During this six- month time period there were no recorded exceedences or deviations of the requirements set forth in the Lewiston Title V permit. The current log sheets are kept in an opacity or visible emissions binder for approximately one month. After this period they are filed and available upon request. Sources include: ES1,ES2, ES3, ES4, ES5, ES8, ES9, ES11-16, and ES19. Readings for ES 8, ES9, ES11-16, and ES19 are thru 10/21/2012. SEMIANNUAL REPORT 15A NCAC 2D .0515 PARTICULATES FROM MISCELLANEOUS SOURCES This report covers the time period from July 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012. The dates in whiph these bagfilters were inspected externally and internally are listed in the table below along with the results of the maintenance report. There was one deviation recorded during this reporting period for ES2. This deviation is described in the table below.The three baghouse units addressed under this rule are CD 1, CD 2, and CD 3. There are also thirteen silo mounted dust filters that are covered,these are CD 11A,B; CD 12A, B; CD 13A, B; CD 14A, B; CD 15A, B; CD 16A, B. During this six month period there were no a recorded deviations for maintenance on CD- 1 OD.None for CD— 10E. Please find listed in the table that follows, applicable dates for monthly external inspections and nozzle maintenance. Further information regarding maintenance on the aforementioned system is kept on file and will be available upon request. During this six month period there were no recorded exceedences or deviations of PSD limitations regarding the fuel combusted at the Lewiston Complex in boilers: ES 4,5 and ES 8,9.This statute also applies to the facility generators: ES-22A and ES-22B. Reports are generated monthly and are included in this mailing detailing fuels combusted, criteria pollutants emitted, and hours of operation. Packed Tower Scrubber CD10F The flow rate for the packed tower scrubber is 400 gpm. The media in the tower is Back flushed weekly. Monthly maintenance is performed on CD 1 OF with the dates listed below. Daily documentation of the scrubber's usage while combusting No. 6 fuel oil is kept in a log on site. No fuel oil was combusted during this reporting period.
