On 27 June 2022,this office received your source test report This report was from the 40 CFR
Part 63 Subpart ZZZZ and NSPS Subpart JJJJ(CO,NOx, and VOC) source testing of one four-stroke
lean-burn natural gas-fired emergency generator, 880 HP (ID No. EGO 1),which was conducted on
10 May 2022.
On this date, we are forwarding a copy to the Raleigh Central Office Stationary Source
Compliance Branch for the Division's review. The Central Office will notify us as to whether your test
was conducted properly and whether the results are in compliance with applicable regulations. This
Regional Office will then notify you as to the final determination.
