Dear Ms. Carter,
I am in receipt of your letter dated December 6,2022 regarding our permit violations. In regard to our
violation of 15A NCAC 02D.0611 we have re-trained our maintenance staff on the proper procedure to
follow regarding pressure readings that require action,specifically washing the filters.The clean air
system log books will be reviewed daily to ensure the proper action is taken. Please know that our intent
is to comply within the standards set forth within our air permit. Please contact me or Dale Kelly if you
