1. Facility Overview
Discussion/Introduction
On June 13,2022 1 arrived at the site to verify that the facility is not in operation. The gate at the entrance was
padlocked and it did not appear that there had been any recent traffic. According to letters, annual reports, and
recent inspection reports, the facility has not operated since the permit was issued to Maymead in December 2010.
The air permit was renewed November 19,2015.
1 walked to the aggregate piles and observed several aggregate piles and a pile of shingles still on-site. However,
there was no asphalt producing equipment on-site during my visit(no silos/conveyors/dryers etc).
Facility Contacts
The facility contacts are up to date in IBEAM. No one was on site to escort me for an inspection.
