RE: Permit No. 08287G04
To Whom It,May Concern:
By requirement of my Cotton Gin Air Quality Permit, I am submitting to your office my
year-end report. This report is for the gin located in Pantego, NC. The report is for the
2020 ginning season. During this season, we ginned 45,238 bales of cotton,
We did not have to make any changes to our ductwork during gin season that would have
a negative effect on our air readings. We will perform an inspection of all ductwork,
cyclones, and fans prior to startup to the 2021 Cotton Season. If we discover any
excessive wear on our ductwork, cyclones, or fans we will replace with appropriate
material built to original specifications. Upon repairs, we will check our air to see if the
repairs had a negative effect to our air readings.
The information contained in this report is accurate to the best of my knowledge. Please
contact me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Todd M. Waters
