E All forms and supporting documentation appear to be complete if paper submission(check ED OS data if electronic).
QK Contact, address, phone number changes entered into I-Beam/Facilities if necessary.
0' All known operating scenarios, control devices, and emission release points have been entered for each emission source(permitted,
insignificant, and unpermitted)or note that the emission source was not operated or not required to report.
Check if SCC codes for each OS are accurate and update if needed.
Evaluate"U" sources for significance and address according to policy.
Calculations/forms appear to add up correctly.
13"All compliance issues are being addressed(e.g.Toxics limits,above TV thresholds,large emissions increase/decrease,installation
without a permit).
All volatile HAPs/TAPS were included in the VOC total.
Cq"'Calculations and control efficiencies appear correct. Emission factors are the best available and most current factors appropriate
for the reporting facility(e.g.stack testing,AP-42,etc.).
Q-"'Review facility comments and address any issues.
C Y'Update ED(Data Entry Main)if additional information is required(corrections due date and date received).
riheck all ED QA/QC reports.
Comparison with previous emission inventory must be made and outliers(> 10%)must be investigated and explained.
ut inventory review comments and summarize any changes in ED-Data Entry Main"DAQ internal comments".

DAO's Comments Regarding Inventory
Increase in criteria and HAP/TAP emissions are due to a 19%increase in softwood throughput. Additionally,xylene-mixed isomer
emissions increase also due to xylene-ortho was included in xylene total in 2018 inventory in comparison to 2017 inventory.MEK
emissions increase are due to a throughput increase in OS27(veneer dryers and wood burner heat source-softwood)of 20%;and
16%increase in OS28(glue mixing, application and hot presses operations-softwood). Methanol emissions increase primarily due to
19%throughput increase from OS26(veneer dryers and wood burner heat source-softwood).Phenol emission increase is due to
19%and 16%throughput increases from OS26 and OS28,respectively. Metals emission increases including chromium,arsenic,
cadmium and manganese are primarily due to throughput increases from OS27 and OS31 (veneer dryer and wood, burner heat
source-hardwood)of 20%and 11%,respectively.

Calculations for this source are based on the following assumptions:
The T&G saw removes 0.5"per panel.
The T&G saw trims the finished plywood panels of 96"x 48". The nominal thickness is 3/8"(0.375).
The density of dry pine is 35.6 lb/ft3.

1. Bark fired is calculated based on log usage and percentage of a log that is bark(assumes 80%of bark
originally on log is combusted). Dry fuel is estimated to be 15%of total fuel usage based on data from
Chester Plywood(sister plant).
2. Heat Content is Chester Plywood fuel analysis data.
