Er All forms and supporting documentation appear to be complete if paper submission(check ED OS data if electronic).
C" Contact, address, phone number changes entered into I-Beam/Facilities if necessary.
@KAll known operating scenarios, control devices, and emission release points have been entered for each emission source(permitted,
insignificant, and unpermitted)or note that the emission source was not operated or not required to report.
Cl"'Check if SCC codes for each OS are accurate and update if needed.
GJ"'Evaluate"U"sources for significance and address according to policy.
Calculations/forms appear to add up correctly.
ET" All compliance issues are being addressed(e.g.Toxics limits, above TV thresholds, large emissions increase/decrease,installation
thout a permit).
1 volatile HAPs/TAPS were included in the VOC total.
ER Calculations and control efficiencies appear correct. Emission factors are the best available and most current factors appropriate

DAQ's Comments Regarding Inventory
Several pollutants have increased/decreased from CY2013 to CY2014(MEK,acrolein,benzene)but the actual emissions have not
changed very much. From CY2013 to CY2014 two pollutants increased significantly,Methanol and Formaldehyde. The change in
emissions is due to two factors(1)Increased production through OS10(2)Stack test data from a December 2014 stack test on OS 10
glue and pressing operations, which changed the emissions factors for that OS that lead to the increased emissions for those two
pollutants.Stack test was reviewed by Gary Saunders.
