Enclosed please find the 4th Quarter 2021 emissions and process data for our Merry Oaks, North
Carolina facility. This data is submitted in accordance with conditions in our air permit.The maximum
hourly brick throughput during this three-month period was 0 tons per hour for Kilns 1,2 and 24.663
for Kiln #3.
It is our belief that this letter and the attached information meets the reporting requirements as
