HC Composites, LLC was in compliance with the MACT standard for the reporting period 1 July 2021
through 31 December 2021, as required by the referenced air quality permit. This notification
constitutes the second Semi Annual MACT Compliance Report for that annual period. No changes have
been made in the manufacturing process during this period. All permitted emissions limits were in
compliance and all work practice standards were followed.
Table 1 following presents the rolling 12 month MACT allowable limit and the calculated MACT value for
each month of the reporting period. These data were obtained from the monthly material usage reports
and the monthly/rolling 12 month calculations maintained at the facility.
As the authorized Responsible Official for HC Composites, LLC, I certify that the information provided in
this report is true and accurate.

HC Composites, LLC was in compliance with the NESHAPS Work Practice Standards for the reporting
period 1 July 2021 through 31 December 2021, as required by the referenced air quality permit. This
notification constitutes the second Semi Annual NESHAPS Work Practice Standards Compliance report
for that annual period. No changes have been made in the manufacturing process during this period.
All permitted emissions limits were in compliance with the permit and all work practice standards were
followed.
Copies of the inspections performed as required by the Standard for the reporting period are available
at Department request.
As the authorized Responsible Official for HC Composites, LLC, I certify that the information provided in
