To date the asphalt plant subject to the above referenced pennit conditions has not been constructed, and
the following reporting requirements are stated below.
A.l 8(b)(i.): Total tons of asphalt produced in 2021 = 0.
A.18(b)(ii): Total tons of asphalt produced and hours of operation in 2021 = 0.
A. l 8(b )(iii): There was no production rate in 2021.
A.20(c)(i.A): Total tons of asphalt produced in 2021 = 0.
A.20(c)(i.B): There were no tons of SO2 and CO produced in 2021.
A.21 ( d)(i): There was no fuel received or combusted in 2021, and therefore, no analytical testing.
A.21 ( d)(ii): There were no gallons of recycled fuel oil received or combusted in 2021.
