Semi-Annual LDAR Monitoring Report
Regional Air Quality Supervisor:
In accordance with condition A.6.c. of the above-referenced air permit for the Arclin USA, LLC
facility in Moncure,North Carolina,we are providing results of required fugitive emissions
monitoring conducted on equipment and lines associated with the MF-2 formaldehyde
manufacturing unit, and monthly pump monitoring at the site.
Fugitive emissions monitoring conducted under the plant's Leak Detection and Repair(LDAR)
program found no leaking component during the monthly pump monitoring conducted from
January through June, 2022.
