Annual Air Emissions Report -2021
Dear Regional Air Quality Supervisor:
In accordance with condition A.17.c. of the above-referenced air permit for the Arclin
USA, LLC facility in Moncure,North Carolina, we are providing an annual report of
monthly emissions for each of the past twelve(12)months, and total emissions during
2021 for the following parameters: phenol, carbon monoxide, formaldehyde,methanol,
total VOC,total HAP (see enclosed table).
As you will note, all emissions were well below major source thresholds,verifying our
status as a synthetic minor facility.
