SEMI-ANNUAL PSD AVOIDANCE CALCULATIONS
Please note: Uncontrolled emission factors for NOx were added for May and June
2021calculations, as a major permit modification allowing for the cease of the urea
injection system at MDF was received May 19, 2021. For calculation simplicity, all of
May 2021 NOx emissions used an uncontrolled emission factor, rather than a partial
month with controlled and partial with uncontrolled.
