Regulator Marine, Inc. (Regulator Marine) is a reinforced fiberglass boat manufacturing facility operating under
Title V permit number 07132T12. As required by the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality-
Division of Air Quality(DAQ), the Reporting Year 2019 actual facility-wide emission inventory was submitted to
DAQ via AERO on June 29, 2020, prior to the June 30, 2020 submittal deadline. The emissions estimates were
developed using actual 2019 material usages, operating times, and approved emission factors. Emissions from
a diesel-fired emergency/peak generator operated by ElectriCities are also included since the unit operated 193
hours in 2019. The signed Certification Form with submittal time and date stamp, supporting documentation,
and emissions calculations are attached.
