Piedmont Natural Gas Company, Inc. (Piedmont)operates a compressor station located at
379 Pleasant Grove Church Road, Wadesboro, Anson County,North Carolina
(Wadesboro Compressor Station). The Wadesboro Compressor Station operated under
North Carolina Division of Air Quality(DAQ)Title V Permit No. 10097T02 during the
2020 reporting year.
Piedmont is submitting this 2020 CY Annual Compliance Certification by March 1,2021
in accordance with General Condition 3.P.of the Title V permit.
The required Annual Compliance Certification form is included as Attachment 1. The
Permit Conditions Summary table indicating the compliance status of the federally-
enforceable permit conditions is included as Attachment 2 to this letter. The Compliance
Summary for the general permit conditions is included in Attachment 3. The facility did
not experience any deviations during the period from January 1,2020 through December
31,2020.
