EC E f6l[ Piedmont I VE Natural Gas JAN 2 9 2021 January 20,2021 7En,-FAYETTEUILLE REGIONAL 0►rIC Heather Carter,Regional Supervisor NC Division of Air Quality Fayetteville Regional Office 225 Green Street Suite 714 Fayetteville,NC 28301 Re: Title V Send Annual Permit Report—Permit No. 10097T Piedmont Natural Gas—Wadesboro Compressor Station Reporting Period July 2020 throng!December 2020 Facility ID: 0400056 Lear Ms.Carter: In accordance with Permit No. 10097T,Piedmont Natural Gas is submitting a semi-annual report for the Wadesboro Compressor Station located at 379 Pleasant Grove Church Road in Wadesboro,Anson County, North Carolina.As stated in permit condition 2.I.A.3(k)and 2.1.B.3(I),the facility is required to submit a semi- annual summary report of monitoring and recordkeeping activities by January 30 for the preceding six months for the internal combustion engines(COMP01 through COMP08)and the emergency generator(EG-01).This letter serves as the summary report for the period of July 1,2020 through December 31,2020. Four of the eight permitted natural-gas fired internal combustion engines(COMP05 -COMP08)have not yet been installed at the Wadesboro Compressor Station. The hours of operation for the four internal combustion engines in service(COMPO I --COMP04)and the emergency generator(EG-01)are recorded using non-resettable hour meters. A summary of engine hours of operation during the reporting period is shown in Table 1. Recordkeeping is conducted in accordance with permit conditions 2.1.A.3(h),2.I.A.4(d),and 2.l.B.3(i). No malfunctions or instances of noncompliance occurred for any unit during this reporting period.
