As stated in permit condition 2.1.A.3(k) and 2.1.13 3(l), the facility is required to submit a semi-annual summary report of monitoring and recordkeeping activities by January 30 for the preceding six months for the internal combustion engines (COMPO 1 through COMP08) and the emergency generator(EG-01). This letter serves as the summary report for the period of July 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019. Four of the eight permitted natural-gas fired internal combustion engines (COMP05 - COMP08) have not yet been installed at the Wadesboro Compressor Station. The hours of operation for the four internal combustion engines in service (COMPOI - COMP04) and the emergency generator(EG-01) are recorded using non-resettable hour meters. A summary of engine hours of operation during the reporting period is shown in Table 1. In May, the emergency generator EG-01 operated six hours including five hours for stack testing. Recordkeeping is conducted in accordance with permit conditions 2.I.A.3(h), 2.I.A.4(d), and 2.1.13 3(i). No malfunctions or instances of noncompliance occurred for any unit during this reporting period.
