Please accept the 2020 Blewett CT Annual Emissions Report in accordance with Condition A.10. b. i. A.
and 11. i. of revised Air Permit No. 060931108, issued January 4, 2017. This report includes monthly and
12-month NOx emission totals for CY2020 (Attachment 1) based on Low Mass Emission (LME) Unit
methodology presented in 40 CFR Part 75 and reported to the Clean Air Markets Division (CAMD).
Records of monthly and total annual No. 2 fuel oil and facility-wide NOx emissions (as reported in the
Electronic Data Report to CAMD) are maintained on file at the facility in accordance with Condition
A. 10. a. i. A. and B.
