Edenton, Chowan County,NC Facility ID: 2100073 Dear Mr. Fisher: Regulator Marine, Inc. is a reinforced fiberglass boat manufacturing facility operating under Title V permit number 07132T09 and is required to submit an inventory report of actual emissions of regulated compounds to the North Carolina Division of Air Quality (DAQ)by June 30 each year for the previous year's actual air pollutant emissions.The report has been submitted electronically to the DAQ via the Air Emissions Reporting Online(AERO) reporting tool to meet the June 30, 2012 reporting deadline for the calendar year(CY)2011 emissions. Enclosed with this letter are the supporting emission rate calculations and signed certification. The emission estimates have been developed using actual 2011 material usage, operating times, and approved emissions factors. Emissions have from a diesel-fired emergency/peak generator operated by ElectriCities are also included since the unit operated 90 hours in 2011. Each of the month sheets are correct.The oversights were bringing the information forward to the summary sheet. I put all of the amounts in another spreadsheet and re-totaled. I'm attaching the spreadsheet for you to review because I'm getting different totals than what you gave me over the phone. There is rounding in the original calculations, so you will see some small differences in numbers in the attached spreadsheet. In summary, I have: Styrene:total-should be 47,200 Ibs instead of the 47,872 Methyl methacrylate: Is correct. 3479 lbs. MM is in both the miscellaneous rnaterials and gel coats. N,N dimethylanilin: should be 21.7 Ibs instead of 16 For a reason I cannot explain, ! did not total dimethy phthalate into the summary page.This is 5702.9 Ibs,which is why my total VOCs were off.You are correct.Total VOC should be 28.5 tpy.
