Edenton, North Carolina Chowan County Facility ID#2100080 Permit#08995R01 Discussion The North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources requires Albemarle Sportfishing Boats, Inc. (Albemarle) to submit an air pollutant emissions inventory for the facility located at 140 Midway Drive in Edenton, NC for calendar year 2003 by June 30, 2004. Albemarle contracted with TRC Enviromental Corporation to assist with the development of emission estimates shown in the supporting calculations on the attached forms, and with the completion of the inventory submittal using the AQ on- line AERO software. The estimates were completed using information provided to TRC Environmental Corporation by Albemarle concerning operation during the year 2003. Published emission factors and material balances were used, where applicable.
