Facility ID: 2100073 Dear Mr. Fisher: Regulator Marine, Inc. is a reinforced fiberglass boat manufacturing facility operating under Title V permit number 07132T09 and is required to submit an inventory report of actual emissions of regulated compounds to the North Carolina Division of Air Quality (DAQ)by June 30 each year for the previous year's actual air pollutant emissions. The report has been submitted electronically to the DAQ via the Air Emissions Reporting Online (AERO)reporting tool to meet the June 30, 2011 reporting deadline for the calendar year(CY) 2010 emissions. Enclosed with this letter are the supporting emission rate calculations and signed certification. The emission estimates have been developed using actual 2010 material usage, operating times, and approved emissions factors. Emissions have from a diesel-fired emergency/peak generator operated by ElectriCities are also included since the unit operated 199 hours in 2010. The following is a summary of the enclosed supporting inventory documents: 1. Signed Emission Inventory Certification 2. Emissions Summary Table 3.
