Facility ID: 2100073 Dear Mr. Fisher: Regulator Marine, Inc. operates under Title V permit number 07132 and is required to submit an air pollutant emissions inventory report to the North Carolina Division of Air Quality (DAQ) by June 30 each year for the previous year's actual air pollutant emissions. The report has been submitted electronically to the DAQ via the Air Emissions Reporting Online (AERO) reporting tool to meet the June 30, 2008 reporting deadline. Enclosed with this letter are the supporting emission rate calculations and signed certification. The emission estimates have been developed using actual 2007 material usage, operating times, and approved emissions factors. Regulator Marine, Inc. is a reinforced fiberglass boat manufacturing operation. The primary source of emissions is the lamination/gel coat area. New to this years inventory is a diesel-fired emergency/peak generator. Although the generator is on Regulator Marine's property, it is operated by ElectriCities as needed. Although not required for the 2007 inventory, Regulator Marine estimated the Greenhouse Gas emissions from the diesel combustion. All compounds were below reportable levels. The following is a summary of the enclosed supporting inventory documents: 1. Signed Emission Inventory Certification 2. Emissions Summary Table 3.
