In accordance with the above referenced Air Permit, this letter is to serves as the annual report for our Burlington North
Facility for the 2022 3rd Quarter reporting cycle. At this time the facility has yet to be constructed and operational, thus all
reporting requirements as stated within the permit is zero (0). Construction of this facility is not anticipated in 2022,
however, If and when our plans do change for this facility of which time proper notifications will be sent to you and your
department as stated within the permit.
