Directions: From MRO,travel I-77 north to I-40 west. Take Exit 132 for NC-16 and turn right onto NC-
16 N and turn right again onto NC-16 N/1s`Ave N. Travel approx. 1.5 miles and take left onto C and B
Farm Rd. Travel approx. 1.5 miles and turn right onto Lee Cline Rd. Travel approx. one mile and turn
left onto Houston Miller Rd. and the facility is approx. 1 mile on the left.
Safety Equipment: Safety glasses and safety shoes are recommended..
Safety Issues: None noted.
Lat/Lonz Coordinates: The coordinates were last checked in August of 2017 and were accurate. However,
the site is currently down. The coordinates in IBEAM are accurate.
Email contacts: The email addresses in IBEAM were not verified during my inspection.
1. The purpose of this site visit was to conduct a routine air quality inspection. This facility
manufactures curved plywood and wooden furniture parts. I initially made an attempt to inspect
the facility on April 24, 2019 and the facility was closed. I talked with Mr. Ronnie Mosteller,
Owner, by phone a few days later and he said he was planning on retiring after he completed one
more order,and that he would call me when he was done so I could do a closure inspection. I made
a second attempt to inspect the facility on July 3, 2019 and also found the facility closed. I have
attempted to contact Mr.Mosteller numerous times in June of 2019 and once on July 3,2019 during
my inspection and have failed to get a response. I emailed Mr.Mosteller with instructions on how
to rescind his permit and will wait for future contact from him.
The facility appears to be closed but DAQ cannot rescind the air permit at this time because the
owner of the facility has not requested rescission of the air permit.
