Division of Air Quality (DAQ) two consecutively-required annual air quality permit fees of$187.00 each for a total of$374.00. Failure to pay invoice No. 64161 dated April 17, 2017 and No. 66099 dated April 17, 2018 is in violation of North Carolina General Statutes (N.I C.G.S.) 143-255.3(a) and Title 15A North Carolina Administrative Code 2Q .0203 ("Permit and Application Fees"). In accordance with N.C.G.S. 132.215.108(c)(3),this letter also serves as notice that Varken D Bioenergy Meadow Creek Farms' Air Quality Permit No. 10506 will be terminated sixty (60)days after receipt of this letter, unless the required value of$374.00 is paid to the DAQ. Payment should be by check made payable to N.C. Operating such air emission sources or control devices without a valid'permit subjects Varken D Bioenergy - Meadow Creek Farms to further enforcement action by the DAQ pursuant to N.C.G.S. 143-215.114A, and/or the initiation of a civil action for injunctive relief in superior 'court,pursuant to N.C.G.S 143-215.114C.
