To Those Concerned:
Due to circumstances surrounding the development of our Anson County project, we will
require further changes to our power plant and the related air quality permit. The power plant
will support our industrial needs only and will be reduced in size. Therefore, effective
immediately, GOP of NC, LLC wishes to rescind the above referenced permit for air quality.
Once final specifications of our resized power plant have been determined, we will apply for a
replacement permit.
