Unit 1 and Unit 2

Dear Mr. Groves,
The Division of Air Quality(DAQ)has reviewed the subject reports (RATA) submitted The
Capital Power Corporation in a letter dated July 28, 2016. The reports were submitted for the
Continuous Emission Monitoring System(CEMS) on Unit 1 and Unit 2, each consisting of three
Boilers with the common stack.
DAQ's review of the above-mentioned reports indicated that the relative accuracy values for the
NOX, S02, CO CEMS and flow monitor on Unit 1 and Unit 2 are within the specifications given
in 40 CFR 60 Appendix F, and therefore the test(RATA)results are acceptable.
The next annual RATA for the CEMS on Unit 1 and Unit 2 for the Part 60 purposes should be
conducted by June 30, 2017.
