SUBJECT: Notice of Deviation: Reporting Requirements
North Carolina Renewable Power—Elizabethtown,LLC,Air Permit No. 05455T20
Elizabethtown,Bladen County 06/0900043 Fee Class: Title V
Dear Mr. Colucci,
Your current air permit, identified above, includes at least 1 (one) stipulation requiring that a
report be sent to this office no later than 30 April 2015.
Your facility failed to comply with this requirement. The report was received in this office on 05
May 2015. Once the report is reviewed, a compliance determination, based upon the content of the
report,shall be made.
This letter is to officially inform you that, by not complying with the air permit stipulations, you
deviated from your air permit and from the North Carolina Administrative Code 15A NCAC 2Q .0500
"Title V Procedures," specifically rule 2Q .0508(f), which outlines reporting requirements under the
heading"Permit Content." Be aware that future deviations from air quality requirements could result in a
Notice of Violation and corresponding penalties.
Please note that the permit deviation addressed in this letter must be reported on your Annual
Compliance Certification for calendar year 2015,which is due by 1 March 2016. Failure to report this
deviation on the Annual Compliance Certification may result in the issuance of a Notice of Violation and
the assessment of civil penalties. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please call Joshua
