The data in the EER indicates that the NOx excess emissions and Continuous Emission Monitor (CEM) downtime were within acceptable limits for the 2nd quarter of 1998. The opacity excess emissions and Continuous Opacity Monitor (COM) downtime were also within acceptable limits. The CEM Downtime for the NO,,monitor on Unit No. 1 was slightly above the ideal limit of 2.0% specified in the EPA Region IV CEM Enforcement Plan (CEP). Please closely monitor your facility's performance to ensure compliance with CEP guidelines. The CGA and CD results indicate that the relative accuracy and calibration drift values of your NOX/02 CEM systems are within the specifications given in 40 CFR 60 Appendix F, and therefore indicates compliance.
