'this is to inform you that, in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 15 NCAC 2.D. 1421
(f) and (g), we have approved final allocations in the amount of 40 tons for the Anson Plant for the
2008 ozone season. This approval was based on the review of the options provided for final
allocation in]5 NCAC 21). 1421 (f). In accordance with 15A NCAC 2D .1421(g), we are
informing EPA of these allocations by separate correspondence and we will post them on the DAQ
website.
