I did not 6bseiwe,ainy signs of overfilling around the silo. 1)), Bnggirig operation: Their bagging operation is a,single station operation that in located inside an enclosed building. A vacuum hose"that connects to the cyelonc/bag filter (in scrIes) controls the bagging operation. During a complaint investigation by Richard Morrison 18 Sepicraber , 4 2007,there were seuerar problems"af this facility;including: i i 0 , Dust barrel firim cyclone wasoverfilled. ii) Cyclone body has holes in it. Bagfihcr door covers wore emitting dust;die to failed seals. All the problems were corrected while Mr. Morris was there in 2007. Even though this facility was not'operating at the time of i ny inspection, I lid not observe any overfill,hales, compromises,or'. excessive dust. t met the two employees who work hi this operation, and they told me that they have not had a, problem since 2007. They keep a logbook.witln,entrics showing op�rathng days (2-3 times/week) and;any maintenance issues that eomeup:,They also check for any dust emissions from the systelo when it's operating.Tlney told me they change out the dust barrel'abotrt once a month,;andllicy stockpile the waste in all area behind the building. They take the stockpiled waste to the llandfill about 2 3 times—a year. I,observed this area and found a small pile of the waste behind a bulTer oP. vegetation. I did notsee any issues that would have found therm norm-compliant. This small area is well away from the roach -,aid the"faeility's boundary. I suggested that they wehthe pileifiY cti�er gets very dry.
