Directions From FRO,take Hvv,N, 401 South to Wagram. Turn right at Old Wile Road (Hwyl 44) and go �- 11 ?!miles to Laurel Hill. Turn right onto Hivy 74 West and go—35 miles to Wadesboro. Go all the way through town, drive through the traffic light for Hwy 52 North and then drive another 50 yards. Look for a small CEMEX sign at a gravel driveway on the left hand side; a Waffle House is immediately after the plant. Safety Considerations: Standard DAQ safety equipment required. Watch for cement trucks entering and exiting. 2) Facility and Process Description CEIMEX Construction Materials, LP -Wadesboro Plant is a batch concrete mixing plant. This facility is permitted under Air Permit No. 04009R10, effective from 14 May 2007 until 30 April 2012. Cindy Grimes conducted the last compliance inspection on 20 April 2011. Once the truck is in place nuclei-the loadout shoot, sand and gravel are loaded into a bin on the yard and belt conveyed into the truck through the loadout slioot.Next, a measured amount of cement and fly ash from the storage silos is transferred into a weigh hopper above the loadout shoot. There were also cement dividers blocking the entryway into this facility.
