Dear Mr. Myers:
We are in receipt of your letter dated 31 May 2011 indicating start of construction for the
Wadesboro Compressor Station facility was on 24 May 2011.
On 9 June 2011, Mr. Gregory Reeves of the Fayetteville Regional Office of the NC Division of Air
Quality met with Mr. Michael DePalma of PNG and inspected the site. Our inspector observed the
completed foundation for one of the permitted sources. As requested, this letter serves as
confirmation of start of construction of Piedmont Natural Gas—Wadesboro Compressor Station.
