It is my understanding you are presently writing the draft renewal for the subject permit.
The existing permit has some requirements regarding boiler 45 (,-5), One of these is to
file a7itle.V permit application for this boiler within 12 months of commencing operation.
1t is our intention to fire this unit on or about July 20, 201.1. In light of the current renewal
process 1 would life to request B-5 be included in the renewal and therefore satisfy the
second part of permitting this unit.
