Bladenboro, Bladen County 06/0900066 Fee Class: Synthetic Minor
Dear Mr. Hinson,
Your current air permit, identified above, includes at least 1 (one) stipulation requiring that a
report be sent to this Office no later than 30 January 2013. Your facility failed to comply with this
requirement. If you have not already done so,please provide this Office with the report(s) within
10 (ten) days of receipt of this letter. Once the report(s) are received in our Office, a compliance
determination,based upon the content of the report(s), shall be made.
This letter is to officially inform you that,by not complying with the air permit stipulations,
you deviated from your air permit and from the corresponding North Carolina Administrative Codes.
Be aware that future deviations from air quality requirements could result in a Notice of Violation and
corresponding penalties.
Additionally, the Division strongly recommends that you carefully examine your current
permit stipulations. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please call Heather Hawkins,
