On 21 November 2013,I Mike Thomas of FRO DAQ,conducted an inspection of the Concrete Supply Co.LLC—
Wadesboro facility. This facility has not been operated in several years. Concrete Supply is intending to rebuild this
facility in the near future. By chance,the president of Concrete Supply Henry Batten and one of his engineers were on
site when I stopped by. I spoke to them briefly and offered additional assistance with the permit process. Before
leaving I took a several photographs of the condition of the existing facility for DAQ's files.
