Dear Mr. Markley:
The Division of Air Quality has reviewed the Marshall Steam Station's November,
December and January AAO reports. Duke Energy Corporation submitted the referenced
reports on December 10, 2007 and January 10 and February 25, 2008 respectively. The three
subject reports indicate that all units were in compliance with the AAO limits set forth in 15A
NCAC 2D .0536.
