Dear Mr. Reid:
The Division of Air Quality has reviewed the Marshall Steam Station's July, August,
September, and October 2002 AAO reports. The referenced reports were submitted by Duke Power
Company on August 21, September 17, October 21, and November 14, 2002 respectively.The four
subject reports indicate that all units were in compliance with the AAO limits set forth in 15A NCAC
2D .0536.
