Dear Mr. Fisher,
It was recently brought to our attention that a flow diagram in the recent Title V Air Permit Application
dated May 2014 was labeled "confidential." However we did not request in the application that this flow
diagram was to be confidential.This same confidential flow diagram was also in the original permit
application dated April 11, 2013.
Avoca, Inc. requests that the current flow diagram contained in each application,April 2013 and May
2014, be removed and replaced with the flow diagram that is accompanying this letter in the sealed
envelope. Avoca, Inc.would also like to request that the information contained in the flow diagram be
treated as confidential because this information is proprietary and vital to our business.
We greatly appreciate your consideration and help with the replacement of the flow diagram. If you
