Mr. Vozzo,
We have received your letter dated December 19, 2013 regarding a Notice of Deviation
based on a recent inspection of our facility on December 4, 2013 by inspector Heather
Carter. The letter detailed three areas in which there was either missing or inadequate
records available as required by our air permit. These areas are: annual internal
inspection of bagfilters,quarterly visual cyclone inspections, and Monthly amounts and
annual total of grain dried.
In response to these deviations we have taken the following actions. The annual

bagfilter inspections and quarterly cyclone inspections have been entered into our
electronic work order system to be completed on an annual and quarterly basis
respectfully. When completed,both an electronic and paper copy will be available to
review that lists steps taken to complete as well as who and when completed the task.
The dryer will have a timer installed on the discharge conveyor so that we know how
long the machine ran during a given month and can calculate how much grain went
through it during that time.
We will make any corrections necessary to correct these record keeping oversights and be
in full compliance with our permit. If you have any other questions,please feel free to
