After discussions with you on January 30t', 2015 regarding the particleboard opacity
compliance testing, Arauco Panels Moncure, NC facility is formally requesting closure of
SOC 2013-002 for opacity. The facility still plans to retest for HAPs destruction in February
to aid in the establishment of appropriate Title V monitoring parameters for the PGT
