Dear Mr. Vozzo,
In response to your request of June 2, 2015,please find enclosed the records for April and May
2015 on annual inspections and maintenance on each condenser, daily monitoring of pressure
drop across Fiberglass Mist Eliminator,daily monitoring of pressure drop across coils, and
weekly weight of oil and particulate collected in the Mist Eliminator.
We have taken steps to cross train all personnel involved during the week of June 15 as to the
records necessary for this inspection and the location of such. The personnel attending will
include Plant Manager, Plant Engineer,Environmental Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and
Electrical Supervisor.
