Carbon Monoxide Emissions Testing of Engine 3 and Engine 6
Performed April 20, 2016 by Montrose Air Quality Services, Inc.

Montrose performed EPA Method 3A and 10 carbon monoxide(CO) emissions testing of stationary
No. 2 fuel oil-fired reciprocating diesel engines 3 and 6 on April 20, 2016. The results demonstrate
compliance with the applicable emissions standards.
Emissions Source ID 3 and 6 are stationary No. 2 fuel oil-fired reciprocating diesel engines each
controlled by a catalytic oxidizer(CD-3 and CD-6,respectively). Each engine is permitted at 2304
maximum brake horsepower.
Maximum Achievable Control Technology(MALT)40 CFR 63 Subpart ZZZZ National Emissions
Standards_for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Stationary Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines
(RICE) applies. The RICE MACT limits carbon monoxide emissions to 23 parts per million by volume
corrected to 15%oxygen(ppmvd@15%O2) or requires a minimum 70%reduction in CO emissions.
63 Subpart ZZZZ requires that the pressure drop be maintained within f2 inches H2O of the pressure drop
established during testing and that inlet temperature be maintained between 450°F and 1350°F. The
pressure drop across the catalyst and the inlet temperature entering the oxidation catalyst were
documented as required by 63 Subpart ZZZZ. The test results, catalyst pressure drop, catalyst inlet
temperature, and kilowatt(kW) for each generator are tabulated below.
